1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
During busy seasons or promotional sales, processing may take an extra day or two — but we’ll always keep you updated.


2. Delivery Timeframes

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.
Typical delivery times are:

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days

  • Outlying areas: 3–7 working days

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time.


3. Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier partners such as The Courier Guy, Fastway, and Pudo to ensure fast and reliable service.
All parcels are insured until delivered to your door.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery area and parcel weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website or banner.


5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your tracking number.

6. Delays and Issues

While we do our best to meet delivery times, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur due to courier backlogs, weather, or public holidays.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us — we’ll help locate it right away.


7. Shipping Outside South Africa

We currently ship within South Africa only, but international shipping is coming soon.
You can subscribe to our newsletter to be notified once we launch international delivery.
